實證補給 Evidence for Living 是獨立經營的健康教育網站，與任何醫療機構無關。本站不需要註冊或登入，也沒有會員帳號。Evidence for Living (實證補給) is an independent health-education website, not affiliated with any healthcare institution. There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins.
02你輸入的健康紀錄Health information you enter
本站的工具會用到你輸入的資料，但這些資料只儲存在你目前使用的瀏覽器（localStorage），不會傳送到我們或任何伺服器，我們也看不到：Our tools use what you type, but it is stored only in your current browser (localStorage). It is never sent to us or to any server, and we cannot see it:
- 21 天計畫：每日勾選、體重、血壓、睡眠與活動紀錄。21-Day Reset: daily ticks and weight, blood pressure, sleep and activity entries.
- 體重管理小幫手：身高、體重、腰圍、體重紀錄、藥物與劑量紀錄、每週習慣。Weight companion: height, weight, waist, weight log, medicine and dose log, weekly habits.
- 看診準備單：問題、藥物與保健食品清單、想告訴醫師的事。Visit prep sheet: questions, medicine and supplement list, notes for your doctor.
- 營養計算機：只在畫面上計算，不會儲存。Nutrition calculator: calculated on screen only, not stored.
- 語言偏好（中文或英文）。Your language preference (Chinese or English).
刪除方式：使用各工具中的「清除」按鈕，或在瀏覽器設定中清除本站的網站資料。使用公用或共用的電腦時，完成後請記得清除。換一台裝置或瀏覽器，紀錄不會跟著過去。To delete: use the Clear button in each tool, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. On a shared computer, clear it when you finish. Records do not move between devices or browsers.
列印或存成 PDF、下載行事曆提醒檔案，也都是在你的裝置上產生，不會經過我們。Printing, saving as PDF and downloading calendar reminders all happen on your device and never pass through us.
03匿名瀏覽統計（Google Analytics）Anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics)

- 依 Google 說明，Google Analytics 4 不會記錄或儲存 IP 位址。According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- 例外：「保健食品實證速查」的搜尋字詞會出現在網址中（例如 ?q=魚油），因此可能出現在瀏覽統計的頁面網址裡。網站頂端的站內搜尋則不會。One exception: search words in the Supplement evidence lookup appear in the page address (for example ?q=fish oil), so they may appear in page addresses in the statistics. The site search box at the top does not.
